Glasnock House, Wester Ross

Glasnock House, within the Lochcarron Estate in the Scottish Highlands, provides a beautiful self-catering holiday home for up to 6 people.

Glasnock is a stunning modern country home (completed in 2011, updated 2016).  The house offers luxury accommodation for families or couples wanting to get away from it all in a unique and remote setting, with views overlooking a picturesque loch and rolling mountains.  The only neighbour is 'Shepherds Cottage' (same owner), the cottage is tucked away in the trees behind Glasnock but otherwise you need to travel several miles to borrow some sugar!

Surrounding you are hills and Lochs and the deer graze right down by the house while the river bubbles past. You can fish from the banks of the Loch for native brown trout and you can walk for miles and see nobody.

Features of the House:

  • Master Suite w/ walk in dressing rooms & en suite bathroom (spacious walk-in power shower, his & hers sinks, tub, separated WC)
  • 2 Guest Bedrooms with large bathroom (1 double; 1 twin/convertible)
  • Fully equipped gym with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, HD TV, French doors and sky lights

GLASNOCK HOUSE is the perfect luxury getaway for families or couples in search of pure escapism

Glasnock is a truly lovely house, in such a stunning location. You've certainly thought of everything - in fact you've laid on far more here at Glasnock than I would ever have expected to find, it is probably the most well appointed holiday home I've ever stayed at. If anything you are almost too generous with some of the things in the is such a home from home.

Best wishes, Peter
